Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Answer:
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for private lessons. If you have cancelled your booking 48 hours in advance you can re-schedule it for an alternative date within 3 months. There will be no refunds given.
Q: What if it rains on the day of my lesson?

In case of rain we will contact you 1 hour in advance to inform you if the lesson needs to be postponed. However, if a lesson is rained out 30 minutes through a session, it is charged as a full lesson.
Q: Is the court fee included in your rates?
Answer:
The court fee is included in the rates if you have a lesson at our location. If we use the tennis court at your private residence you will be responsible for making a court booking and paying court rental fee.
Q: How do I pay for my lesson booking?
Answer:
You can pay for your booking via ATM/CASH DEPOSIT/PAYME APP. In order to guarantee your booking, we will need to receive your payment in advance (5 lessons). When making an ATM/CASH DEPOSIT, please send us an email with a photo of the slip and include details & name of student in your email.
For cash payment, please hand cash to any of our coaches.
Q: What should I bring for my tennis lessons?
Answer:
If you’re not sure which racket to use, our coaches can give you details – based on your needs – on which rackets/strings/shoes would be most suited to your level and style of play. If you do not have a tennis racket at hand, just let us know in advance and we will lend you one free of charge on your first lesson. Additionally, if you need to buy a new racket we can give you some professional advice or even order and deliver a new racket for you at your next lesson. Tennis shoes, although not compulsory, are strongly recommended to avoid injury. Please bring water and snacks if needed.
